Provide component drawings, material grade, production quantity and quality requirements. Describe the proposed forging sequence and existing tooling.

For shafts, flanges, tools and other forgings, specify the billet, finished geometry, tolerances and downstream operations.
Essential process data
Include the heating method, expected temperature range, handling approach and production target. Where a process is not finalized, identify the assumptions that need engineering review.
